Truco Uruguayo is an online/mobile card game built in Unity. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it when you play our game.

By downloading or using the game, you agree to the practices described here.

Account information

Email address — used only for sign‑in/authentication via Firebase. Your email is never shown to other players.
Username — chosen by you and visible to other players.

Gameplay & progress

Game statistics (e.g., victories, defeats, rankings, scores).
Progress in campaign or other modes.

Device & technical data

Device type, operating system version, and general log information.
Network & session data needed to provide online play, debugging, and to prevent cheating/abuse.

We do not collect sensitive categories of personal data (e.g., government IDs, precise location, financial information).

3) How we use information

Provide core functionality of the game, including online multiplayer (FishNet networking) and account login (Firebase).
Sync, store, and display your progress and statistics.
Maintain security and integrity of the game; detect and prevent fraud, cheating, and misuse.
Fix bugs, improve performance, and enhance features.

We do not sell your personal data or share it for third‑party marketing.

We store data in Google Firebase, which maintains industry‑standard security certifications.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We work to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide the game. If you request deletion of your account or data, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.
